Accommodation & Food

Accommodation options and food preference information for CoMSAR 2026 delegates.

  • All delegates must submit the Accommodation & Food form through the Delegate Portal, whether or not they need accommodation arranged by the organizing team.
  • Accommodation charges are separate from the conference registration fee. For accommodation arranged by the organizing team, payment is required. The amount and payment instructions will be sent to registered mail id.
  • A request for accommodation arranged by the organizing team is not confirmed until the team confirms it and the required payment is completed.
  • If you book accommodation independently, select “No, I have booked my own accommodation” in the form. Contact the hotel directly about availability, rates, and reservations.

For booking at 5 star hotels listed under category 1. participants must contact on their own.
The organizing committee will book only Category 2 hotels and guest houses on behalf of the participants.
